Product License
By purchasing ANY digital master resell rights (MRR) product from Luna Love Digital, you are granted a non-exclusive license to resell the product to others with master resell rights too. You may sell the product as many times as you wish and keep 100% of the profits.
By purchasing ANY private label rights (PLR) product from Luna Love Digital, you are granted a non-exclusive license to resell the product to others with private label rights too. You may sell the product as many times as you wish and keep 100% of the profits.
Limitations
You may NOT modify or alter the MRR product in any way, shape or form. However, you can brand your sales process to be your own, claim ownership over the product and sales process.
You CAN modify or alter the PLR product in any way, shape or form and brand as your own. You can brand your sales process to be your own, claim ownership over the product and sell it to others with the ability for them to make it into their own and do the same.
Warranties
This product is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees. The seller makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the product, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of the MRR product, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks and trade secrets are the sole property of the seller.
Termination
The seller will never terminate this agreement. The digital product once purchased will forever be in possession of the purchaser for resale as long as the purchaser remains in compliance of the distribution rights. If the purchaser breaks the distribution rights agreement, the digital product access will be restricted.
Refunds
All sales of all digital downloads, templates, courses or audio products are final. Refunds will not be granted for any reason due to this product containing strictly 100% downloadable content.
Liability
The seller shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this product, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by Australian Consumer Law in accordance with the laws of this country.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
By purchasing or using any digital master resell rights or private label rights product from Luna Love Digital, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not purchase or use this product.
